Who do you use for shipping packages?

We take great care in making sure your shipments leave our facilities in excellent condition.  We use the following shipping carriers UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.  While most packages arrive on-time and undamaged, occasional errors may be are made. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse or one of our distributor warehouses, it is placed in the care the shipping carrier, we have no control over the item.

In most cases, shipping insurance is included in the cost of shipping, which provides you with extra protection should the carrier lose or damage your package.

Please be aware that shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been marked by the the carrier as delivered.  Items stolen or misplaced after delivery by the carrier should be reported to the police. If you have concerns about the safety of packages delivered to the shipping address, please contact the carrier after you have received your tracking number to make special delivery arrangements.
